Breathtaking scenery in a lovely peaceful setting, a great place to go and unwind. There is plenty to do around the park but all requires a short drive. The walk around the loch is worth doing, our two boys had a great afternoon making a den and doing what all boys, love throwing stones into the loch. Mrs D, Stafford, Staffordshire 28 February 2011
Yes, it was an amazing location, perfect for a great active family holiday. We could easily have stayed longer and will definitely go back. Ms M, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire 26 October 2010
Very good value for money, great location, outdoor persuits enthusiasts would love it, central to a lot of lovely places. Mr K, Alloa, Clackmannanshire 24 October 2010
A great location, with loads of outdoor activities right on your doorstep. MR S, GLASGOW, STRATHCLYDE 11 November 2009
Park is in a good location for touring the Highland and Islands on the West Coast. Friendly staff and lodge well laid out and good appliances for self catering. Take a raincoat.. Mr F, DUMFRIES, dumfries and gal 16 September 2009
This is a fabulous holiday for families. My teenage daughters aged 17 and 14 loved the outdoor things available such as canoeing and quad biking. The holiday was a real away from it all retreat, and the park is small so you do not feel overcrowded at all. Being situated at the side of the lock made it ideal for watersports enthusiasts as it was a stones throw from the lodge to the waters edge. A fantastic holiday if you want to escape the rat race and enjoy tranquility. Mrs B, nottingham 07 September 2009
A great holiday for families with teenagers who like to do things. We did white water rafting, kayaking, mountain bike riding, clay pigeon shooting, archery, air rifles, wake boarding, bumper rides and speed boat rides. Prices pretty reasonable and there were lots of activities we didn't get to try because of lack of time. BRING WARM CLOTHES Mr J, DARTFORD 31 August 2009
We had a fantastic break. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Accommodation excellent. Mrs M, GLASGOW, North Lanarkshir 21 July 2009
Fantastic location!! Great to get away and enjoy the amazing countryside - we are so lucky to have all of this on our doorstep. Mrs P, GREENOCK, Renfrewshire 19 July 2009
We would recommend this holiday to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing break. The location beside a Scottish loch is idyllic. The bar is friendly and the restaurant is very good, paticularly its use of local produce. Although not used, the Highland Activities offer a great deal to those who prefer a less relaxing holiday than we do. Mr M, Skegness, Lincolnshire 03 July 2009
A different self-catering option. Very peaceful. Beautiful scenery. An ideal centre for walking holidays. Conveniently located to access the main attractions of the Highlands. Mrs S, Ashford, Kent 27 September 2008
The location of Great Glen Water Park is stunning. The accomodation is spacious, clean and has all the mod cons you could possibly want. The restaurant is first class and the food is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr F, Christchurch 27 September 2008
Loch Oich lodges at the Great Glen Water Park were extremely well appointed and comfortable. It was also centrally located to some of the very best attractions and scenery Scotland has to offer. I would certainly recommend these lodges to anyone who is looking for a worry-free, comfortable stay and good value for money. : ) Mrs F, Milverton 20 September 2008

This is a great holiday if you like a beautiful location with breathtaking views ideal for either a peaceful getaway break or an outdoor activities holidaywith everything from white water rafting to clay pidgeon shooting. Mr J, Dartford 23 August 2008
The location of the holiday park is stunning with brilliant views down the great glen. Monster activities have a good range of water sports the cater for all age groups. Ms W, Ringwood, Hampshire 02 August 2008
We had a fantastic holiday! It was one of the few holidays where we were able to be with children from 7 to 15 and they were equally happy. With everything from white water rafting to mountian bike riding available you could fill every minute if you wanted to or, with the loch outside your accommodation and boats available, you could spend a relaxing day in the most beautiful surroundings I have ever seen! Mr J, Dartford, Kent 25 August 2007
A quiet location, but lots for children and adults to do. A great central location for seeing lots of Scotland, and for choosing from the multitude of fabulous walks - from a gentle stroll around the loch to venturing over to Ben Nevis. Mrs W 07 April 2007
Great outdoor facilities. Mr S 12 August 2006
Would definitely recommend the holiday, had a wonderful time and the kids really enjoyed the activities. Miss B 05 August 2006
